Hi Reader, Time seems to be flying by and I have finished with my final week of work with clients!! I will tidy up some admin tasks next week, get my office ready for subletting and fully transition into maternity leave as we wait for our baby to arrive! So this is just see you later I come out of newborn hibernation. In the meantime, Sarah will be taking the reigns to stay in touch monthly with short blurbs from me so we can stay connected. I'll be sure to share the exciting news of our little guy's arrival and how we are adjusting. My due date is Election Day so there will be lots of anticipation on all the fronts for everyone in the coming weeks! While I'm away, I have TWO new courses that I put together in the past month, take a peek and try a free preview of either by clicking on the links: Prenatal Prehab a series of 7 short practices that address (and hopefully prevent) some of the most common areas of issues for the pregnant person - $50 And The Breathing Pelvis a 3 week/session series to help you connect to how your pelvis breathes and feel how this can decrease pelvic, back, hip, and abdominal pain! All levels and bodies welcome - $40 My other 3 classes and free online libraries are always available too! And to help you, and remind me, to stay grounded in these coming weeks these two podcast episodes have been full of wonderful wisdom.
