Hi Reader, Tomorrow is the fall equinox and I'm definitely feeling the shift as the light and leaves change, though we did get to soak up summer until the last drop with warm sun and warm temps! I hope you are savoring the abundance this season is bringing and are feeling grounded as we get to the equinox and really shift into fall. I loved this post on Instagram from Katherine May the other day and especially love the slide that says: If you would like to join a practice to support this transition, I invite you one more time to participate tomorrow, Saturday September 21st from 1-3pm, in an Anniversary Community Enrichment Celebration in the conference room next to my office. Hello December, a month that brings us to the year's end... The past month as a new family of 4 has been so full! After being humbled the first week and realizing how basic and slow I had to start my recovery, I’m using my own reminders of starting small. We welcomed Liam Girard to the world on Saturday November 9th at 12:11am. Our delivery ended in a different way than I hoped and was extremely difficult on my body.
